The You Can! walking and wellness program has now been running for over two years at Lapham. It consists of a walk and a short program about exercise, wellness, nutrition or health. You can take a brisk walk through the park (or a gentle stroll around the building) either at 9:00 or after the talk at 9:30. It's an easy way to meet other people who like to walk. |
