Drawing with Kathie Milligan
6 Wednesdays, June 11 - July 16, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., $42 [$54]
There is great personal satisfaction in learning how to draw. Working from observation, you will learn strategies to accurately get what you see onto paper. Measurement, negative and positive space, perspective, value and visual relationships are some of the points which will be addressed. More advanced students will discuss composition and abstraction. Kathie works with students at varying levels and will tailor instruction for each student. Drawing will be from still life setups. Please bring a sketch pad (9 X 12 or larger), HB - 2B pencils or vine charcoal and a kneaded eraser to class.
Kathie Milligan received her MFA in painting at the New York Studio School.
